We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payment

A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due prior to your wedding date unless otherwise specified in your service contract. All pricing and package details will be outlined in your individual agreement.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Client Responsibilities

By booking our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event details, including schedule and venue information

• Cooperate with our team on the day of the event

• Obtain any necessary permissions for filming at their chosen venue

• Ensure that guests and participants are aware they may be filmed

Dakota Ray Films is not responsible for delays, missed moments, or limitations resulting from client miscommunication or inaction.

4. Intellectual Property

All footage, videos, and content created by Dakota Ray Films remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients receive a limited, non-commercial license to share and display their wedding film for personal use. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any content without our prior written consent is not permitted.

We may use footage and films from your wedding for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. If you prefer your footage remain private, please notify us in writing prior to your event date.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

The retainer paid at booking is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it reserves your date exclusively. Cancellations made after signing may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement. Any refunds beyond the retainer are issued at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in documenting your wedding day, but Dakota Ray Films is not liable for:

• Circumstances beyond our control, including acts of nature or accidents

• Equipment failure despite routine maintenance and backup precautions

• Moments missed due to guest interference, schedule changes, or venue restrictions

• Loss or corruption of footage caused by events outside our control

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the total amount paid for our services.
